There are two types of Materials Australia memberships: Company/Corporate and Personal. You can register online, or download and print out the application forms.
The application forms below are in .pdf form so you will need Acrobat Reader to view them. If you don't have it, you can download it from Adobe here.
Please note that the Membership Year for Materials Australia is from the 1st January to the 31st Decembe, whereas the Membership Year for Engineers Australia runs from the 1st July to the 31st June.
