The George Powlett Apartments offer clean and comfortable rooms all with Kitchenettes. Book AccommodationDownload the accommodation booking form here and return to Conference Works via fax or post. Accommodation payment A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card. Change of Reservation Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations. Cancellations Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 30 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation to your credit card. The hotels reserve the right to charge all nights for cancellations of accommodation bookings within 30 days prior to booking commencement date. Check In/Check Out Times The standard check in time at hotels is 2pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10am. Alternative accommodation can
