ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT

A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION

Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a room arriving without notice, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation per night for the confirmed booking will be charged. Any rooms cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation fees.
